Aftercare

To gain maximum benefit from your treatment, please read the following information and follow these simple instructions.


  • Your body needs to be allowed to continue to balance itself after treatment; resting and relaxing will assist in this process.
  • Drink plenty of water or herbal tea, toxins and waste will have been released during the treatment, drinking will help your system to flush them out and keep your body hydrated and cleansed.
  • Relax the shoulders and be aware of your posture
  • Eat a light meal as this will enable your bloodstream to concentrate on clearing the toxins from your body.


You may experience some of the following effects after a treatment, all are quite normal and are simply signs the body is going through its healing process, some symptoms may include: tiredness, headache, nausea and the need to pass water more frequently. There may be a runny, blocked or stuffy nose and you may have some heightened emotions, high or low and you maybe irritable.


A sense of well-being should be achieved after a short period as all of the above are nothing to worry about and should not last for more than a day or so, after which you should feel better in yourself, possibly calmer and with increased energy levels and sounder sleep.


Don’t ignore your body’s own messages, make time for yourself and relax, undertake regular exercise, ensure there is plenty of fruit and vegetables in your diet and drink plenty of water
